On August 26, 2025, the Sacred Heart Apostolate presented gifts to the 36 Incoming Seminarians at Notre Dame Seminary. Each year the incoming seminarians are presented with Sacred Heart gifts to further their devotion to the Sacred Heart. Their gift included a framed image of the Sacred Heart, Sacred Heart/Immaculate Heart lapel pin, Sacred Heart prayer card for their breviary, Sacred Heart badge, Sacred Heart prayer authored by the late Fr. Bill Gaffney, CSsR, and the Sacred Heart Apostolate’s Catechesis booklet. The gifts were distributed after the evening prayer in the Chapel of the Immaculate Conception within Notre Dame Seminary.
We would like to especially thank Ethan Henry, the Devotional Life Chairman, who helped coordinate this wonderful event and also thank Notre Dame’s Rector, the Very Reverend Joshua J. Rodrigue.
